I had an outstanding experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Ventura Street in Albuquerque. I came in thinking I just needed a battery cleaner, but the team went way above and beyond to help me figure out what was actually going on. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. They came outside with testing equipment, jump-started my battery, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. It turns out my battery terminals were severely corroded—that was the real problem, not the battery itself. I especially want to shout out to John, the manager. He was extremely helpful, patient, and clearly knows his stuff. You can tell he really cares about treating customers right. This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be going anywhere else for auto parts. Highly recommend this location!

I needed a replacement headlightbulb for my jeep, and these guys were fantastic! Dante not only helped me find the correct bulb, he helped me install it. Talk about amazing customer service, he’s a rockstar!! Thank you, Dante and O’Reily!!

On an early evening on February 28th my wife and I had to make an unexpected stop here on our way from Phoenix to Amarillo. The young lady who helped us had an amazing attitude that helped ease my wife's nerves. Beyond knowing the parts, her personality was above and beyond. I wish I had taken her name because her customer service was beyond spectacular. We thank you

Great experience at the Ventura/Paseo location. All three employees present were friendly, helpful and worked together to quickly help me. Dante was very pleasant and professional while doing a meticulous job installing my new battery. Great job O'Reilly team, thanks!

sold me the wrong drain plug. I specifically told him the part number I wanted, and he got a different one off the shelf and sold me it. now I have to return it and waste my time due to someone else being incompetent
