Terrible customer service. I went yesterday and there were no other customers in store except myself. I went to ask one of the two clerks for assistance and they continued to carry on their conversation with each other and straight up ignored me. After about 30 seconds one clerk finally greeted me and asked what I needed. Then she seemed offended that I wasn't happy with the way things were going. I got my part and it was like pulling teeth to get through the transaction. Terrible customer service and unfriendly staff. I will never go there again and advise others no to. I give it 3 stars because they did get the part correct. Try auto zone instead.

I know little to nothing about car repairs. When I came in to get the supplies for my first oil change on my '05 Prius, the staff here were exceptional in breaking down what I needed and gave me options on the specific parts as well. I was also so happy that I could drop off my old oil here at no cost. Super convenient that this is a 3-minute drive from my house.

Very bad customer service walk in with a battery for charging I waited 5 hours then came back. The battery was missing parts and the managers that Was in charge was so incompetent.
