Thank you to Adrian and Raeal(sorry if I spelt your name wrong) in helping my partner and i understand what battery his car would take and, getting it in installed with no complications. You are both amazing and we couldn’t have done it without you both. Happy to know that you guys are down the street, ready to help when we need it the most. Keep being amazing and know that our business will be yours!

Where do I even begin? l brought my mom's alternator to this location. Adrian and his wisdom guided me through the process of determining if this part was faulty. He explained we would also need to bring in the battery but ideally the whole car to test the system. As the car was dead, we were unable to do so and brought the battery as well. He determined the battery was faulty. We then replaced this. Unfortunately, the car would still not start. We went back and Adrian stated it was likely the fuel pump and gave us a trick to diagnose this. Well, it worked and we proceeded to buy a fuel pump. He made sure we had ALL the necessary parts to complete the job and in all of our 10 or so visits over 2 days, this man was more than happy to help and explain the process of the work required. During all of this, I would like to mention he is also training new staff, guiding them on customer service and helping several people all at one time absolutely non-stop. I haven't been so impressed by someone's intelligence, kindness and positive attitude in quite some time. He definitely deserves a raise because he truly is the heart of this store. I hope you read this Adrain, and I wish there was a stronger word for thank you because it just doesn't cover what you did for us.

Jesus was awesome! I was 1000 miles away from home and my car was having overheating issues and he helped me find the right coolant and help me fill my coolant reservoir to the proper level. Amazing amazing Customer Service! Absolutely blown away, that guy rules!!

The 1 star reviews at this location unfortunately appear to be accurate. Initially I called the store to ask if they had the correct battery for my girlfriend’s vehicle and if they were able to install it. They stated they had the correct battery and could install it. Next, I arrived in person and spoke to an associate. He asked to pop the hood to look at the battery. So we walk outside together to look at it. The associate says nothing and walks back inside. After patiently waiting for a few moments, we notice no response. So I walk in the store and another team member asks if I needed anything and I said no thanks I was already being helped. Then, I walk back outside and patiently wait some more. At this point I realized this person wasn’t trying to help us. I hope this location can address the lack of professionalism and improve on customer service.

To Whom It May Concern, 4 /23/26 922 pm I have been working on automotive vehicles since I was 12 years old. Recently, I had an issue at the counter where an employee refused to sell me a part due to a casting mark. I explained that I have decades of experience working on cars and that there was nothing wrong with the part, but she still declined. In the future please provide employees with better training this cost me a massive amount of driving and time thank you for your attention corporate
