I went in the other night to get price checks on some parts for my vehicle, Joseph is the young man that helped me. He was extremely professional and very helpful I will be returning to this establishment because of him and his professionalism. He deserves a raise!!!

I called to see if they had a part and I got put on hold then forgotten about so I called again and a lady answered the phone and I gave her a part number form Autozone and it didn’t pull up so I gave her the year make and model and she tells me they have one but I wanted the part number so I could see on my phone to confirm it was the right one and she tells me what store I’m calling from so I said Autozone because that’s where I got the part number from and she says figures I just hung up 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I didn’t get her name though

I want to say that the staff at this location, in the commercial side are the best in taking care of my needs. Employee named chastity, and Jose always go above and beyond... My loyalty is due to there commitment and dedication, I always enjoy my experience with them!

Went to O’Reillys because I needed a bolt walked up to the counter. They told me what size to find and told me where to find it. Go to their bolt section. Nothing‘s organized. Everything is pretty much laying on the bottom of the shelf. I asked for help didn’t receive any. So I left went to AutoZone as soon as I walked in the door, they asked what I needed they showed me where to get it and I was out within one minute. Or as I was out at O’Reilly’s for about 20 minutes, never coming back.
