I am writing to formally report a deeply concerning experience my husband and I had at your location during a recent visit. We stopped in as returning customers to purchase a few items for our usual Sunday car cleaning routine. However, during our time in the store, we witnessed multiple interactions involving a customer service representative named Rudy that were both unprofessional and unsettling. First, we observed Rudy speaking to an elderly gentleman who had politely asked for assistance. Instead of providing help, Rudy was dismissive, short in tone, and repeatedly told the customer to “relax” while raising his voice. The customer’s concerns were not addressed, and he ultimately left the store without receiving assistance. Immediately following this, another interaction occurred with a father and his daughter. They appeared to be asking about a battery they had previously left to be checked. Rudy again raised his voice, told them there was no battery, and attempted to walk away without helping. The situation escalated as Rudy continued interrupting the customer and would not allow him to speak. What was most alarming was that when the customer asked for Rudy’s name, Rudy responded in a threatening and confrontational manner, repeatedly calling out to the customer as he walked away, creating an intimidating environment. The customer later located the battery himself, clearly labeled with his name, at which point Rudy began mocking him rather than acknowledging the mistake. My husband and I felt extremely uncomfortable and concerned for our safety, which ultimately led us to leave the store without making a purchase. As loyal customers, this was very disappointing, and it has made us hesitant to return. We strongly urge management to address this behavior promptly. The level of hostility, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customers—especially elderly individuals—is unacceptable and risks driving away long-standing patrons. We hope this matter is taken seriously and escalated appropriately. We would like to continue supporting this location, but at this time, we do not feel comfortable returning unless we are assured that this issue has been addressed. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. We hopes this reaches higher management.

Just a quick stop to grab oil, store was neat and clean, girl that cashed me out was friendly.

I'll never understand or never know why they don't hire mechanics at auto parts stores if you work at an auto parts store you should at least have some knowledge about cars or anything. Malik was not helpful and told me to Google it because he's not aecus I and doesn't know what I'm talking about. Get another job if you can successfully do yours, Malik.
