On March 11.2026 I visited O' Reilly Auto for a much needed inexpensive auto part for my Infiniti. As I attempted to insert the part to make sure it was the proper size, I lost it in the engine compartment. Zak an employee went beyond the call of anyone I've ever known and got under my SUV complexly covering himself with grit and dirt and oil ,removing the under engine panel and retrieved the part I so clumsily dropped. I will never forget his and Tj's dedication to helping me. Guys like Zak and TJ are rare. An award ,$$$$ and certainly recognition is in order! Thank You !

This review has nothing to do with the people working at this location. They are not the reason for this. CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS!!! This review is about some of the cheap Chinese products being carried in the store such as the CSS 79000 cheap clear plastic license plate bracket. It would not fit on my F-150 nor my FJ Cruiser. It’s cheap and do not buy. Be careful to see where the product was made.

Absolutely.Fantastic service this evening when I stopped by.After noticing my battery and check engine lights on. The wonderful manager TJ and his trusty sales associate were extremely helpful and even installed my brand new battery for me. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, and quick—everything you’d want in an employee. He made the entire process so easy and stress-free.
