I wish I could give no stars. This is the HUB and the customer service is the worst. Out of all the store's I've been to I have had someone acknowledge me when I walk in even if it's busy they could say something like we will be with you in a few. Anything.... With one cashier who was helping another customer. I waited in line a few more people entered and proceeded to wait in line behind me. Still no acknowledgement for any of them either. I seen 7 other employees while we waited in line for one cashier. One of those employees was putting oil on the shelves restocking. I walked over and said "Excuse me can you help me please I am just here for an online order. He said yea give us 2 seconds and someone will be with you. I was upset at this point. Obviously his restocking was more important than helping me or the 4 others in line. One other employee noticed the line and asked if I had been helped. She proceeded to ask Nigel for his help at the register. (That was the guy stocking shelves) He told her "I just told her someone would be with her" rudely and he continued to stock with no care to help with the line of customers.

I placed an order at the O'Reilly's website for pick up at this store (#2742 @ 1415 Bridge Blvd). It said they had it in stock. I immediately received an email saying it was ready to pick up, so I drove there. I arrived and was told by a woman who seemed to be a manager that it wasn't there and wouldn't arrive for another few hours, so I didn't say anything and left. I drove back a 2nd time several hours later and well after the time she said it would be ready. Guess what, it still wasn't there but would arrive later. I told her to cancel the order and issue a refund, which she did. She offered no apology for wasting my time and seemed surprised that I wanted a refund. Do they think everyone is stupid enough to tolerate this? No one called, texted, or emailed to let me know it would take longer than expected and that the order email I received earlier saying it was ready to pick up was inaccurate. No communication and no remorse for wasting my time. I'll never purchase from an O'Reilly Auto Parts again. We must stop tolerating such terrible customer service from businesses. All of them are getting worse every year. They apparently think we'll keep spending our hard-earned money there no matter how terrible they and their products are.

Arthur was truly amazing and helpful! I had called in a quote for all 4 breaks and rotors. When I got there, another cashier had helped me. Arthur made sure i had the right parts before I checked out. That's a HUGE BONUS in my book. Thank you Arthur for your help also going above and beyond in your customer service. Many blessings. Needed wheel studs and nuts for my trailer and Arthur made sure I got the right size studs as there were many options. I really appreciate his attention to detail and determination to make sure I walked out with the correct part. They were also the only place in town I found with the wheel studs. Have talked to a couple other people since going there and they agreed that this location carries one of the largest inventories.

absolutly terrible customer service. I live an hour away and need to order about $5000 worth of some parts to fix my truck so i have tried to call this location to make sure they have them in stock or can order them but for the 2 days i called nobody answers it just rings all day.
