It's usually alright. They tend to be helpful. I've had better experience here than at autozone so I stick to O'Reilly if I can.

Needed new brake pads and got quotes from three different shops before coming here on a Saturday afternoon. Guy at the counter grabbed the right parts in like 5 minutes and the price was actually $15 cheaper than the other places. Only thing was they were pretty slammed so I waited maybe 20 minutes, but honestly worth it since I saved money and didn't have to go somewhere else.

They employees or someone keeps parking on the sidewalk behind the store on Spaulding (it appears to be a company vehicle) and there is currently no sidewalk on the other side of the street. This is a blatant accessibility violation and makes it dangerous for any pedestrians trying to walk past. Each of the attached photos are from separate days which I encountered vehicles illegally parked on the sidewalk. Today, an employee came outside to harass me for taking pictures in public. This is unacceptable.

Excellent customer service!!Friendly !even towards women !Rafael is sooo helpful and even knowledgeable of car accessories and also how to maintain the vehicle ..O’Reilly ‘s on Addison St is a great place to shop for all your car needs !!I love OReilly so much better than auto one
