So I went to o’reillys on 91 in stony island so irritated because my car cut off on me! Shun the manager was such a big help with great customer service! I highly Recommend him and the store they have everything you need

One worker was outside assisting a customer and other worker never surfaced until the worker from outside came in calling his name because I was inside over 10 minutes with NO ONE PRESENT TO ASSIST. When he came out to assist the worker from pursue was already helping me. That was not good.

Service was better than expected & staff was more knowledgeable than expected as well. I try to buy in black communities but sometimes establishments don't train/hire the right support staff - not the case here. Easy in & out and they asked questions to make sure I got everything I needed. Good job!
