Michael is not only incredibly kind, but also the type of person who genuinely enjoys helping others. He helped me restore my headlights and honestly did all the work himself while I was basically just there keeping him company 😄 It’s rare to meet someone with that much patience, knowledge, and positive energy. If the world had more people like Michael, it would be a much better place. Much respect and highly recommended!

Let me give Matthew a 10* plus for being the nicest most helpful guy i ever met at any location! Went above and beyond tonight (January 21 2026) to help change my Mk7 lightbulbs which was far from easy. Spending an hour out in the cold and snow, never giving up... I am so grateful! God bless you! And to his superiors reading this: Matthew should definitely be up for promotion!

Stopped in over at O’reillys yesterday to get my battery checked and couldn’t have gotten better service. Michael was the worker who helped me out and he went above and beyond to help me get things figured out, the type of service I received will definitely have me going back.
