I visit this store when we encountered the -19 weather. It was freezing cold and my car battery died out. I spoke with Jaime and he guaranteed that it might need a new battery. So I drove to the store and my car completely shut off. So I purchased a battery. This man was so incredible, he installed the battery in my car, while going through this negative freezing weather. I’m so grateful for his kindness and patience. I don’t think anyone would have done what he did. I’m beyond blessed for his actions.

Waited in line for a long time, was given wrong info. Manager was kind of rude when telling me why my warranted brakes weren't going to be honored
