I went into this oreilly at 8:55 pm they close at 9pm the cashier Tyler was absolutely heaven sent. The level of above and beyond he went to help me was straight out of a customer service handbook. I didn’t know what I was talking about but he helped me figure it out and found me the best price for what I needed.

Will never return. Asked to BORROW a screwdriver to put my license plates on and the lady was rude as hell. she said “I can tell you right now we don’t do that” with an attitude. But yall can diagnose a check engine light? Isn’t this an Auto place? Good thing I didn’t buy anything first! It’s okay! I called AutoZone and they said they would help me IMMEDIATELY! GO TO AUTOZONE NOT OREILLY!

Just stopped by and these guys really care about people. Especially people that live in the neighborhood. The manager and cashier were very firm but friendly. Nothing but thankful for people like them and need to keep this place bc it’s necessary for Hyde Park/Bronzeville area.

Very very nice staff and very helpful, the lady helped me to replace the windshield wipers which other places won't do that for the customers... Thank you very much to the young lady with the short hair cut who works there ( sorry I didn't get her name) , very very nice & she would go out of her way to help the customers 🌹🌹🌹

This place have bad costumer service when it comes to you trying to find out about your parts that you have on warranty there attitude not right over the phone quick to hang up without giving you the information you looking for I rather go on 47 they treat you with respect and get your answers that you looking for over the phone or in store
