I just want to say there are people who help and then there are people who go above and beyond! My sister and I were having some car trouble a couple days ago so we took her car to this store in lawndale and were helped by an employee named Robert and boy let me tell you. To say he helped us would be an understatement, Robert was truly a god send that day and saved our day. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as an employee there, I’m sure, and helped us the entire time with a smile on his face. He’s an employee that O’Reily’s auto parts should be happy and proud to have!

Me and my husband came in a few days ago and was greeted and taken care of by such a nice respectful gentlemen named Robert who was very understanding and found the part we needed for our car. I will be returning in the future for our next car parts. He is the BEST! I will recommend this store to everyone!

I have a commercial account with Oriellys and by me being a mobile mechanic I uses it in may cities in Illinois and in Indiana but I have never experienced the type of service like I received at this one. I gave them my name and account number the lady said that she couldn't find me in there system. She said that she seen a Tyson in the system and I wasn't him. So she called the male assistant over he had a very bad attitude she explained what was going on .He treated me as if I was doing something wrong so I should him my business bank card under my company's name. He typed something in the computer and a warning sign popped up. They said that could not help me because they're was know store manager on duty. So left and I called the Oriellys on 22 street all I did was give him my name and account number and I popped up in his system. Even though I popped up he didn't have the part that I needed. So I drove there and paid for it and went back to the Oriellys and picked it up. I have never felt so disrespected in any Oriellys or any other auto parts store. If I'm ever in need of a part I would never go there again.
