I just visited the store earlier today and would like to just recognize Wakeem for his outstanding customer service. He was so professional, respectful, and well-mannered when assisting me & others . Wakeem did an excellent job managing multiple customers but also while maintaining a positive attitude and making sure everyone gets the attention they need especially me thank u so much my visit there today was great . His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help make the interaction a pleasant experience. Even during busy times, he remains calm, friendly, and focused on providing exceptional service. His dedication to helping others and commitment to excellence truly stand out. Thank you, Wakeem, for your professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.

This O’Reilly Auto Parts looked clean and well-organized. They looked like they had a lot of useful tools and gadgets. I particualarly enjoyed crevice cleaners I obtained from this store. They were helpful in cleaning my car. This store has a good location. For the size of the store, it looked like they had a lot of merchandise.

The staff was very unhelpful and came across as rude. I came in asking for assistance with finding a part, but the employees I interacted with did not seem willing to help or even look it up. One of them appeared more focused on a personal phone call than assisting customers. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.

Wahkeem it was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend if you have any problems Card part question anything to do with cars question stop in here and see him. He went above and beyond got me exactly what I needed. I was in and out thank you.
