I recently visited O’Reilly Auto Parts to purchase parts for my vehicle. There were few customers and multiple staff members available. After providing my vehicle information and asking what additional items I would need to complete the job, I was told by assistant store manager, Adriana, “I don’t know what you would need for your car.” I was hoping the assistant store manager could provide guidance, but instead I felt like I was inconveniencing her and was directed to find items myself. Although I purchased the parts I initially requested, I later realized I was missing cleaner and stopped at AutoZone, where the employee was very helpful and ensured I had everything needed to complete the job properly. I was disappointed with the level of service and will be choosing AutoZone for future purchases.

Waiting on lane for 15 minutes when is my turn the cashier calls the person behind me Then a said okay he only had one item, than one more person gets behind me and the same casher calls that person to pay for his items, what about me??? Just walk out to go to AutoZone. O Reilly lost me as a customer.

They tried over charging me for some antifreeze. Price displayed was $11.99 but the guy at the register wanted to charge me $14.99 plus tax. Showed him the picture shown here and he didn’t care, so I walked out. Stop hiring people that dgaf about their job.

I went to get my battery charged at noon. They had me wait a while just to tell me they could not remove my battery because there was corrosion on it and needed to purchase w-40. I went to another location they took it off and said they saw no corrosion. If they didn’t know how to remove battery I would have rather them be honest then waist my time.
