I don't know what was going on yesterday. I asked the person working if he needed my VIN to get the correct part and he repeatedly said no even after I told him multiple times I think he needed it. And it turned out to be the wrong size so that just cost me more time to return it instead of time spent fixing the problem. Then I was given the wrong hardware set for my car with the wrong size springs, again, and it took even more time to return that and I had to drive to another location to get the correct one. If someone told me in the first place it was out of stock at their store that would've saved me a lot of time. I wish the first two people I bought parts from actually listened to me the first time around.

Buyer beware!!! This is a crooked store! The employees helped someone STEAL money from my debt card by entering the numbers in manually. After being declined for fraud the first time, they successfully charged a larger amount to my account! $316 worth! I locked my card out, called the store, and the team members working that night acted like it was no big deal, more like a joke, or it wasn't their problem. After speaking with the manager, and the district manager the following day, I see the problem is much larger than the team members. I hope my bank goes after them, and the police pick them all up. I do not even live in the state of Illinois! What a joke. O'Reilly's needs to shut this location down. I hope they all get convicted of fraud. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Great service and knowledgeable! Was able to help me with knowing what oil was best for my car and helped me with putting it in my car. Went above and beyond!

They got a great team over here! I go out of my way to come to this location specifically there are always a great help with information. I appreciate them letting me use the tools on the spot when I need it! 👍😎 They have a great knowledge of everything vehicle related!
