At 8:49, they closed the door and refused to hand over my order. When I asked for the order I had already paid for, the employee simply ignored me. I won't be shopping at this store again. 👎🏻

Absolutely no customer service from this location. Im right in this cashiers face and hes gonna take a call look up parts like im not here waiting to be helped, does a hold button not exist on these phones? Then buddy opens up the second line and skips past me to help other people, Super rude location I should've just trusted my gut and gone to autozone. Bunch of burnouts.

It states that it closes at 10 pm and I drove 30 mins to this location when I got here they were closed! Update your time frames!!! 04/12/26 9:08pm

One of the most professional staff around. They have more parts on hand than the other parts stores in the area. The store employees have great experience and knowledge of automotive parts. 10 stars for the staff members of 68th and pulaski
