5 stars for customer service. Avoid other auto parts. Just head down to O’Reilly, trust me. I’ve came here several times and Nathaniel in the front counter is always super useful and polite. He knows what he is doing and goes above what is expected to deliver excellent customer service.

O'Reilly's on 68th and Pulaski sold me lug nuts that didn't even belong in the pack of 6 when they were asked to make sure 6 were in there they saw 5 only they grabbed the 6th one out of a drawer was unable to finish and give the customer back his their truck before Labor Day mess my day and my customers weekend. completely destroyed my customers weekend and my positive feedback for O'Reilly's unable to complete the job😱 wasted 4 hours driving back and forward when they were asked and told we need 6 to accommodate the catalyst to finish PLEASE make sure they're six in the pack very unconscientious unconsiderate they grabbed whatever they found 1 out of some crusty drawer dumped it they told me it came out of another pack of also five just to make a sale of under $5 could not give them "0"⭐

I called to inquire about a Motorcraft BXT-96R-590 battery advertised on their website that wasn't available online or in store so they could special order it. I called the next day about my order and was told that they will not carry that battery in the foreseeable future. The associate was polite and apologized for the issue. I have purchased many parts in the past and will continue to do so but please remove this item from your website if you don't intend to sell it.

Angel was very helpful, I went in there thinking I’d only be needing my brake pads. But he further explained that it’d be recommended to replace my rotors as well, come to find out I get home and he was correct. Appreciate the fact that Oreillys has employees that actually know what they’re talking about.
