Needed a new battery and Cristal was more than willing to help me find a battery as well as install it. She’s very knowledgeable, she suggested some things I wasn’t even aware needed to be replaced and was enthusiastic with explaining why it would be beneficial to replace said parts. She was extremely patient and kind and connected very well with me. I hope the next time I need something she’s available to assist me.

Tony at this store has bad communication/ customer service. I called to locate a part, he told me the address to pick up the part and when I got there 10 mins later the part wasn’t available. He had me waste $30usd on Uber.

Arturo gave amazing customer service and check my car battery, used a opd reader as well! My car was okay, but he gave me a piece of mind. Thank you so much!
