had a very disappointing experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I bought a set of brake pads that were sold to me with a lifetime warranty. When I purchased them, the salesperson clearly told me that I could replace them when they wore out, even mentioning that customers sometimes exchange them a few times a year depending on use. When I recently went back to replace the worn brake pads, the situation was completely different. The cashier there, named Jorge, refused to honor the warranty and said that the pads are not replaced when they wear out, which directly contradicts what I was told when I bought them. I asked for the manager to come out and clarify the situation, but the manager never came. Another employee named Mickey eventually processed the exchange, but he said he was doing it only as a “favor,” insisting that they normally wouldn’t replace them. This was very frustrating because the product was sold with a lifetime warranty, and customers expect businesses to stand behind what they sell. A warranty should not depend on who is working that day or whether an employee feels like doing a favor. I hope the management reviews this situation, trains their staff properly, and ensures that customers receive the service and warranty that was promised at the time of purchase.

"LETTY" the manager ,at this location is a super caring, polite, knowledgeable and highly efficient individual who with the help of all her amazing staff most honorable mention "JORGE", he is the man, quick to help get you back on the road, will see too it all of your automotive concerns ,skilled at battery replacements especially, are handled promptly and to your utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for quality parts for their automotive needs and emergencies as they saved me on several occasions and were more than happy to help. I shop at that store almost every day. I have small pet snakes, and today I was out with two of them and my wife when I decided to go in to buy some parts I needed. The manager Letty Hinson who is always rude and arrogant, decided to kick my wife and me out of the store because she's afraid of snakes. She said she was the manager and could throw us out in front of about ten other customers. The worst part is that she wasn't even near me; someone else was helping me. However, customers have come in with dogs and even a monkey, and she acts completely normal. That's the last time I'm going back to that place.

Had a great experience with the staff today, and met a great local mechanic as well through the staff. They've earned my business for the long haul now

Horrible service and this isn't the first time. Called to ask a question and the lady who picked up the phone had no clue on whats going on so puts me on hold for over 11 minutes now as I'm typing this. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES the correct way or don't hire them!
