I had a great experience with Christopher today. He helped me replace my car battery around 8:45pm, just shortly before closing time, and I really appreciated his willingness to assist me even so close to the end of the day. Everything was handled efficiently, and I left feeling relieved and taken care of. Thank you for your help, Christopher!

I had quite a different experience here today. Canvassed entire store on my own over 20 mins. Brought my pile of selections to the checkout counter, no one. One man at the end talking to a wholesale customer. I waited another 20 minutes for even an acknowledgment, nothing. Peeked in the back office, no one. Finally having exhausted my entire lunchtime I left the store with nothing I came for or selected. I thought I’d give O’Reilly’s a try, and they did have great merchandise, but I won’t attempt this again.

Super friendly staff! Access to a wide range of parts to repair, service or improve your car. Need new wipers, take them up on their offer to install the wipers you’ve purchased from them

I always find what I need. And I never have to look. As soon as I walk through the door Hakeem finds it for me and installs it before I can say Shazam. I needed new wipers, he looked them up, pulled them off the shelf and before I new it they were on my truck slapping time to the radio.

Bad business, what kind of car place treats long term customer like this. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now very disappointed with this service and treatment and excuse that the owner is in Alaska.
