Had an Incredible experience at this store. The store manager was very knowledgeable with all my questions. As a working man, it's nice to be to arrive after a long day and have someone take care of you. Will definitely be coming back here! His staff was amazing too, very friendly. I'll definitely tell people I know to come here for their quick car part needs.

Today 05/26/2025 I came to this location twice for the first time and a gentlemen named Mike helped me out . 10/10 customer service from him. I purchased front and back break pads and 12 quart of oil 5w20 . I came back on the evening because I forgot to grab (oil change stickers for the windshield ) . When I asked for one, This lady comes out of no where (her name was Maria) and told the cashier that was tending me to give me only one sticker. I explained that I came earlier & I did a big purchase for 3 vehicles & To please give me 3 stickers. I also said if she needed proof of purchase to pull my receipts with my phone number . She proceed questioning me making it seem like I was lying. She asked who I did the purchase with and I told her Michael. She quickly say there no Michael . I told her maybe Mike a light skin gentlemen maybe Mike . At this point I’m getting frustrated cause it’s only 3 stickers.. it’s not like I’m going for free when I already did a big purchase did the purchase. Her husband came out of no where or boyfriend and started goin back and forward with me over STICKERS. Super unprofessional . The worst experience I ever experienced just for a simple free oil change sticker.

My experience was excellent. Mike is very professional, kindly. He helped me with everything. He is an excellent person, he also helped me with Spanish.

Customer service is excellent! I was stranded and waiting on my husband to come and we were helped by staff outside in the dry heat as my husband worked on our car. Thank you so much!! A++ (Michael deserves a gold star!)

Michael was absolutely, amazing. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He took the time to come out and help me replace bulbs for my headlights. Every time I come here I always know I am going to walk out with exactly what I need, because the people working here ACTUALLY know their stuff! Thank you, Michael! You saved my day!
