I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts with James Barnes thanks to one of their employees. He provided excellent customer service, had great energy, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He was professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s always refreshing to deal with someone who takes pride in their work. Highly recommend this location because of team members like him!

What started off as a bad day turned into a good one thanks to James. I walked in because my car check engine light popped on and I was worried because I'm not to knowledge on cars but when I walked in I seen James was busy but without any hesitation james dropped what he was doing greeted me into the store and made me feel welcomed. I explained my situation and he was quick to grab his tester and tell me what the codes were. Thanks to him I was able to get my part and get my car back to normal. Thank you James for your great customer service and I definitely will be seeing you if I run into any problems again

there's both a female and a male ascendant here tonight email I didn't catch your name she seems very nice although definitely in training . the gentleman his name is James laid-back easy-going and definitely customer service oriented I needed a diagnostic run on my car, he didn't hesitate to help me, he and I were basically learning all this stuff together he was very nice willing to explain anything he could to me but not with any type of arrogance whatsoever! his demeanor was almost like hey I'm learning too!!! even when I need help again in the future I'm an O'Reilly's fan anyway but I will definitely come to this particular location in the future simply because of that young man... if you have automotive needs a highly recommend stopping here at this particular O'Reilly's nothing like having customer service that puts a smile on your face boy that's rare isn't it? well James is definitely hooking it up y'all come see for yourself and don't forget to tell him he's doing a great job!

So I was having a pretty bad emergency and James Barnes help me out really good, delivery driver had a little hiccup in the placement of the delivery and he was able to give me the part and a full refund for the inconvenience and the time. I highly recommend going to O'Reilly's for your Auto parts and even if you're in a jam they will come to you, to be honest with you the way this guy went above and beyond to help the customer truly shows what good customer service is and to be honest people aren't like that anymore, but James Barnes and employees at that location are on point! This is coming from somebody who was in sales at jiffy lube...

James and Christopher are great customer service professionals!! They were very helpful with my dead battery problem. They diagnosed and corrected it there at the store. I'm 65 and have worked in customer my whole life and I so appreciated their help!!
