I came to get windshield wipers for my car and not only did they install them for me but also reminded me that I needed a rear wiper, too. Giovanni was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

Excellent experience I had at this place. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. I would especially like to highlight Christian Muñoz’s service. He not only helped me a lot with my purchase, but he also installed my new windshield wipers quickly and excellently. Keep up the good work, guys.

Came to get new wipers for my car- two associates helped me find the exact ones i needed, and helped me find a more expensive version that was on sale for cheaper, saving me 33% of the total cost. Then they helped me swap out the old blades with new ones. 10/10 service and politeness, would highly recommend!

Had the worst experience and customer service ever within this store and what’s even more shocking and disappointing was that it was a manager name Giovanni. I went to return an item he asked what was wrong and I said nothing was wrong it just didn’t work for the diesel truck and he began to say no that was not the problem and made it seemed like I just wanted to return the item just to get money back. I’m so shocked to what I just endured when as a US ARMY retire I’m doing very well in life and one thing I learned in the military is life skills such as how to handle and talk to people I hope that corporate trains its leaders to give better customer service then what I received especially for a big brand retail automotive store like this.

I had a wonderful experience today when I went into this store. The only worker there before 8 o’clock. He was very knowledgeable. I wanna say his name was Mr. Y. When I saw him, he was wearing his yellow apron like he was ready to work,on what ever you needed.He knew exactly what you needed when 2 customers asked him questions prior to helping me. He was able to explain when I asked about my bulbs for my vehicle.He took his time to insure I had the correct brake lights and back up Light bulbs and installed them without any problems. I was very impressed and pleased with the service. He Deserves recognition and compensation. This type of service is absolutely where a customer like myself would like to spend my money for great customer service with a smile anytime .
