My car broke down on side of the road and after researching the parts calling ahead and having 1 of them pulled refused to get the rest of my parts because there was "no point my car is too old" after trying a few times he researched the parts showed me that it was in stock and quickly cleared the screen and said it wasn't in stock despite qt:1 on screen, so I had a friend drive from Brooksville to drive me to north Florida ave autozone where I got what I needed for less and given a discount for my experience and understanding, I had faith in oriellys until when I needed help the most, I won't return shop here unless necessary I waited and returned my parts at a local oriellys where they informed me he also didn't store the warranty info on anything I purchased. I honestly felt robbed of my time

Mike and Cassidy were incredible! They made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. Both were super knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I felt like they really cared and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. I’d absolutely recommend this store because of them alone. The one thing I’d mention is that it was hot inside the store, but honestly, the level of service more than made up for it. Truly top-notch employees!

O'Reilly's Auto Parts Manager "Mustang" Mike Had me helped choose the right Belt ( that connects next to the alternator) he was very professional and knowledgeable. Service, Excellent 👍

You guys are crazy to make customers wait for over half an hour just to buy a single part. You won't end up doing well in the long run. You provided the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life—it was absolute garbage, a complete lack of respect. It feels like you're doing us a favor just by letting us buy from you. I really have only one word to say: you are crazy.

I checked my oil in my car this morning, and realized I was low. This Oreillys auto parts at 11613 N. Nebraska Ave was close by, and I have always trusted them. This store is clean, easy to shop and I was greeted as soon as I walked inside. I told the guy what oil I needed, 0W 20 and took me back to get it. I highly recommend this place.
