Malik, at the 5110 N Academy location, was nothing short of awesome!!!! I’ve been going to O’reilly’s/Checker Auto for decades and can’t tell you how many purchases I’ve made at a closer store to home. Whoever is running and hiring at this location needs to do seminars at other stores with Malik as a perfect example on how to treat customers. Thanks again, Malik!

This team is amazing, snd they have great customer service! Patrick came out in 10° snowy weather to help me change my headlamp bulb! He is amazing and I highly recommend this O’Reillys in Colorado Springs! 5/5

As a disabled Veteran who served this country with honor, I never expected to walk into a store and be treated with such blatant disrespect. I do not own a vehicle and rely on walking, carrying a bag to hold my personal items. That is my daily reality — not a crime. Yet the moment I entered this store, an employee told me to leave my bag at the door, as if I were a threat or a thief. The implication was clear, and it was insulting. No customer should be treated this way, and certainly not someone who sacrificed for the freedoms and values this nation claims to uphold. This experience was not just uncomfortable — it was discriminatory and degrading. For a company that claims to serve its community, this behavior is completely unacceptable. You cannot preach customer service and community support while simultaneously profiling and humiliating the very people who walk through your doors. I did not risk my life defending my country to be treated like a suspect in a store. This does not reflect honor, integrity, or respect in any form.

We are here to purchase a battery and the man helping is named Matt. I just wanna shout out to him! Its freezing cold today and he is taking the time to install our new battery for us! Outstanding truly. Youre the hero we needed! Thank you dude!

This is a good location, the new hub. If every O'Reilly employee were as awesome as Ron they'd put those other part stores out of business. He always has a great attitude, is knowledgeable and friendly.
