Update to my previous review: I originally had an issue regarding a $1200 refund. After communicating with the team, they followed up with me and worked to resolve the situation. Within three days they were able to process my refund. I appreciate that they took the time to review the issue and make things right. Customer service and accountability matter, so thank you for addressing the problem and resolving it. I hope O’Reilly Auto Parts improves how they handle refunds and customer service in situations like this.

Dennis was wonderful! He helped me two evenings in a row to get a very-stuck battery disconnected and replaced. It was freezing but he was kind and eager to assist me. The service he and O'Reilly's provided was much more than I expected and I am very appreciative. Thank you so much!

Dennis should be promoted he is fantastic. I came from auto zone where they were no help and he helped me and my husband with my battery and saved me quite a bit of money. He took the time to go the extra mile. I will definitely be back!

The guy who was helping me originally was nice, but his manager was condescending. I needed 2 different sized bulbs. He argued and said I only needed the one size. I have replaced my bulbs myself several times and know what they look like. insisted I knew what I was talking about . I even looked up the specific bulb I needed on my phone and gave them the number and they still wouldn't believe me for some reason. Had to go out to my car and bring the bulbs back in to show him physical proof that I knew what I was asking for. Only then did he look up the bulb for me and allow me to have it and said I didn't use the correct word for it. Very bizarre and rude.

Dennis was amazing! Had an issue with an improperly installed battery and he went above and beyond to test everything and make sure I didn’t leave until everything was fixed.
