Gave them my RV battery to charge. I originally had two RV batteries but they said they could only get one done in time before closing. This was around 5 pm. Store closes at 9. Which is no problem, so I left one battery and took the other to the O’Reilly a few blocks away. I called back at 8:30 to see if the battery was done. I was told the battery was never put on the charger and it was being put on now. At 8:30. Three and a half hours after I dropped it off. I called the other Oreillys and they said it was done charging and to come pick it up.

I'd like to thank Roman for all the help the other day when I was at my wits end with my Mazda windshield wipers! (Iykyk) Adapters and all that 🤪🫣 Roman came out to my car, helped remove the ones that were already on there inproperly and installed The new ones that I had with me. Great customer service and some laughs were had at my expense 🙃

I came in to buy windshield wipers and the attendant Roman or Rowan took the time to show me how to put them on. I am super grateful. New truck and I had no idea. Thank you!!!

This staff at this O’Reilly Auto Parts is nothing short of awesome. They are always willing to help out and they have helped me more than once with a friendly greeting and a smile. While driving home last Sunday evening (9/28/25), I got a flat tire. Their parking lot was the first one I came to. I had to park and walk home. My spare was in storage (🤦 I know). My car was there for two days. When I finally got back to my car on the morning of the third day, I went in to apologize, thank them for not having my car towed, and see if they had a portable air pump. Not only were they totally cool about the situation, but they happily allowed me to use their air pump. They’ve also scanned my car for me when my check engine light illuminated. This place is top notch when it comes to their knowledge and their customer service. You’ve got a customer for life. Keep up the great work!!
