We stopped in for a free battery check on our son's Honda Accord, and Louis went completely above and beyond. He not only tested the battery, but he also took the time to check the rest of the car, found a couple other issues, and explained everything clearly. Because we trusted him, we ended up buying everything we needed right there to fix it. Most places don't do that kind of thorough check. We tried to tip him and he politely declined. Louis is knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about customers. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Teresa. The recent cold snap pushed my battery over the edge, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to research the correct battery, test everything to make sure that was the issue, and even helped install it so I could leave the dead battery for the core charge right away. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation much easier. Very grateful for the excellent customer service.

I purchased light bulbs for my front headlights. Theresa was very helpful and professional. They offer military discount. She is knowledgeable in her job, she listened and answer all my questions. She installed the lights for my SUV for free. I'm very grateful for their service. I recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I wanted to return a part here that I bought 5 days prior. I have shopped at O'Reillys hundreds of times and my purchases are all tied to my account.The lady at the counter was less than interested in helping me. She didn’t know how to type in my phone number to check my purchase history, and she even claimed that the part I was returning wasn’t an O'Reilly part. I told her that I buy here all the time and offered my ID, card, phone number, and the bank account timestamp showing exactly when I bought it. Instead of helping, she just said, "Sorry, it’s not here, you didn’t buy it here," and then rudely walked off. After that, I drove down to the O'Reilly on North Academy and the experience was night and day. I was in and out in 4 minutes. They typed in my phone number, scanned the part, I tapped my card, and I was gone. Fast and easy. I’ll be using the North Academy location from now on. Avoid this store and go to that one instead.

Unfortunately not the best experience, Luis must not have been having a good day. We called so we could get different brake pads for our customer, and Luis seems very impatient, unprofessional and simply on edge. His customer service wasn’t in the room today as he got rude and decided to hang up on me when I decided to ask for someone else to help. BUT thankfully Rodney sorted us out. I took a breath after having to call back and Rodney was kind and helpful on the phone and even better in person. Thank you Rodney for your professionalism and help today your awesome and the reason this review isn’t 1 star.
