The manager lady refused to look up parts for my father apparently “they don’t have that brand”, I ended up going back to ask for the same parts with another employee at that same store and guess what yup they did have in stock. I thank the employees for helping me!

I went in last night to pick up a battery cable I've been to the store several times seeing is that I live less than 200 yards away from its location most of the employees know me when I went in last night looking for a battery cable and there were three employees on the floor restocking an older gentleman probably no older than his early 60s asked me if I needed help I told him I knew what I was looking for I just got to find it and as I'm scanning through the parts I happen to look over my right shoulder in this gentleman is still standing behind me roughly about 3 ft away glaring at me made me feel as if he suspected me of thievery which is pretty stupid considering most of the employees that work there know me and a couple of them were there that night made me very uncomfortable to the point where the picture that you've seen is what I ended up buying not exactly what I wanted but due to the fact that my anxiety was going up because of this person's presence I wanted to get the hell out of that store cuz I don't appreciate being racially profiled, the gentleman I'm speaking of is probably about five seven at the tallest dark skin looks of Hispanic descent thinning hair and a very soft voice I love the store because of its location and the convenience for me as far as the availability of parts go they always seem to have what I need but after last night I'm not 100% sure I feel comfortable going in there anymore thinking that now I'm a suspect for petty theft something about that doesn't feel right helping somebody is one thing but if somebody tells you no I'm okay you don't just stand there and stare at them you give the person the impression that they are unwelcomed is that what happened to me??

It doesn't matter if you're spending money in their store or not, if you have cancer and have to use the restroom immediately they won't let you. I felt very unwelcome in this store and I would never shop here again. In fact I'm just going to take my business to AutoZone because even if I'm not spending money they let someone that has cancer use their restroom.

This is the O'reilly's store and hub that supplies all the other stores in town with parts so it has a ton of stuff on hand. The people genuinely care about helping you as well. It is a great friendly, helpful environment to walk into! They can usually get a part same day if they don't happen to have it on hand. You can order online to pick up in store. Get on in there for free check engine light testing, free battery and windshield wiper installation! Also get free battery, starter and alternator testing?

They had the 2003 light fixture that no one else in town had. Not even Autozone. And Israel Ramos, the store rep/tech, was not only very helpful, but very courteous. I will definitely shop O'reilly's for all my Jeep needs!
