If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a remanufactured transmission from O’Reilly (Power Torque brand), and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The transmission failed three separate times in less than a year. Each replacement was done under warranty, but the units were all defective. My truck has been down for almost a full year because of this, and it has severely impacted my business, productivity, and income. Power Torque themselves told me O’Reilly is responsible for issuing a refund, yet the store that sold it (Store #2952) refuses to take accountability. Instead of standing behind the product they sold, O’Reilly suggested I file another warranty claim and “try to sell the new one” to get some money back. That is not a solution — that’s passing the problem back to the customer. Selling a product with repeated defects and then refusing to refund after multiple failures is unacceptable. At this point, it’s clear these transmissions are low‑quality rebuilds with poor reliability and even worse support. No business should be left without a work vehicle for a year because a parts store keeps pushing bad parts and dodging responsibility. I will never buy another major component from O’Reilly again, and I strongly recommend anyone needing a transmission look elsewhere. Their warranty sounds good on paper, but in reality it leaves you stuck with defective parts, wasted time, and money out of your pocket.

The rep AJ was phenomenal in servicing me with parts for my Nissan Pathfinder transmission fluids and parts. He acted quickly and serviced me with five star service in a way that made me very pleased with O'Reilly Auto Parts AJ front counter he is in Ace!

I needed to replace my battery and instead of taking advantage of my ignorance (I would have slapped down the $290 needed without question just to check this errand off the list and be home), Efren helped me claim the replacement on my warranty. I walked out paying $0 and feeling like he really cared about my experience. He also gave me additional guidance on the warranty and how it will apply for future exchanges. One hell of an employee!
