Brought my battery in to get a charge. The woman at the front counter said she would call me when its done and that it should take about an hour. Patiently, I waited for over 2 hours. When I called the store, a man answered and said, "it looks like it just finished." So I go inside and the women has completely forgotten who I am...which explains why I never got the call I was told to expect. She takes me to where the battery is....on the floor.....just draining away again. I ask her and the man who I spoke to if they got any reading from the machine..and got no useful information back..they say any information available would be on the recipe....... The receipt says it only took 29 minutes to charge......do yourself a favor and find a place with employees that care.

Asked for automotive seam sealer multiple times and they just kept pointing me to rtv with a stupid look on their faces. Told them it's to seal metal seams after welding metal onto my car. Neither of them even tried to lookup what I was talking about. Went to the O'Reilly down the street and they knew exactly what I wanted. The guys at this store don't know anything.

I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to replace a light on my car. The employee helped me find the right one for my car. I put it in my car and it worked. This place is five stars out of five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I will consider returning in the future if I need another part for my car.

I went in yesterday after a quick stop at the store next to it. I was looking down at my phone to obtain my part number so I could grab it quicker as I had some place to be. Standing close but not at the counter as I looked up exactly what I needed a male employee approached me and did not greet me as a customer but instead told me to leave and put my bad outside before shopping. Mind you I was looking down finding my part information so I looked up, bag on my shoulder, and said what? I was not sure I heard him as I wasn't shopping yet, not in a aisle, just standing by the counter trying to find what I needed! He again, without a greeting and complete lack of customer service told me to get rid of my bag. I said no thank I'll just shop elsewhere. I had a quick timeline to grab one part that I was looking up and rather that assist he was worried about my bag as I stood directly in front of the counter? I get they must have an issue, but for the love of god use some discretion and treat customers with respect. Looks like Auto Zone will get the business for us and our needs for our 5 vehicles moving forward. Great job mister! Your customer service skills are really impressive
