Great store! Tyler was awesome. We came in needing to test a battery, and it turned out to be bad. He walked us through the pros and cons of all the available battery options, helped us pick the right one, and had it installed in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service!

Went in with a bad battery and Alex was so friendly and helpful. He installed the battery and my headlight, it was so cold too. Amazing customer service, friendly and helpful. The staff were so welcoming. Definitely give these guys a raise. I’ll be back for my car needs

The two guys working helped me out tremendously even though they didn't have the bolt I was looking for. I stopped at autozone prior due to it being closer, they didn't even know they had bolts!

Whatever you do don’t deal with the manager Kim. She lacks customer service and everytime I have had to deal with her you gotta explain everything because she has no clue. How she works at a parts store is beyond me. This is the second time I have ordered a couple 100 dollars worth of parts (this time was an emergency) I had her order shock specifically ask to make sure boxes were not open. And guess what both front shocks opened and missing the bushings, bands had been cut, and one of them had been installed. So once again had to make do with what I had. And when I called the store it was “oh sorry can’t do nothing for ya” and last but not least the attitude was not needed I was very nice on the phone tell the end. Thank you to miles and the other guy working last night that helped they best they could seeing it was a commercial account that we spend quite a bit on. I appreciate you fellas I’ll only come back in to shop when yall are working. (Fire Kim and promote these guys)
