If i could do zero stars i would the guy frank behind the counter couldn't be bothered to get off of his phone for 2 seconds to help with a gift card, I had to also manually enter the number after he would not stop playing on his phone. Customer service at an all time low with zero remorse or respect as far as being face to face with a customer. Some customer service training would be a good idea for him or take his phone like he's in middle school again.

While traveling we had a check engine light. They plugged in their reader & printed out the results for us. They even gave us a referral (but we used Big O Tires instead due to prior maintenance). 2 ladies on staff very friendly, helpful, & we would totally recommend!

Best place in town to get your needed auto parts,and they'll be competitively priced. I always receive outstanding customer service. They go the extra mile to make sure you get your part(s). They will order it or, usually have it brought there for you from one of their own nearby stores. They make as many as three runs to or from the Denver stores to get you what you need. They guarantee their goods and returns are always hassle free. Check them out.

Theres a female manager at this location who is the worst company representative ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. When I discussed this manager with another location the instantly knew who I was speaking about. This tells me this manager is a known problem. I will no longer be using oreillys until this woman is fired smh.
