This is one of the best auto parts stores I like. It is near my work, and they have most of the stuff that I need for my cars. The workers at this O’Reilly Auto Parts store are very knowledgeable and willing to help. You have questions. They have answers! The key is they have the correct answers!

I walked into O’reillys on Cottage and Fulton, as per my previous experience the old gentleman suggested I fix it myself. The customer service is lacking men that are customer service oriented. The last visit the old man gave me the wrong headlight bulb and gave me a latex glove and suggested I use it when changing the headlight bulb. Auto zone installed the correct halogen headlight and wasn’t too busy talking to his friend.

The person who introduced himself as the manager was named Mario and he had a very rude and nasty attitude towards customers. I was really surprised. Please, the people in charge should be more careful in hiring people and this will be the last time I will shop here.

I went here because my car was not starting properly, and my battery terminals were loose to the connection of my battery. I needed to get some things to go over the battery so that the terminals would fit snug, I went in and got the part I needed, but one of the employees, Gary, was amazing! He followed me to the car and helped to fully install and modify the part I bought so it would work for my car! He had used different tools, maneuvered the parts onto my battery, and even ended up cutting the piece I bought in half so it would actually fit. There is no way I could’ve done this alone, and I’m not by my father nor grandfather who normally help me. He was so amazing, and big shout out to Gary!! He truly was amazing and my car started right up after his assistance. Can’t speak for the entirety of the store, but Gary was outstanding and I would return to this Oreilys just because of the staff assistance I got here. I’ve been to another Oreilys in Sacramento and the staffing there couldn’t even help me change my headlight bulb. Gary at this Oreilys was amazing! Thank you Gary, my car is still running amazing!

I really enjoy coming here whenever my car needs any parts or accessories. They are always super helpful and nice! Today Gary was the one who helped me and he was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you and good job guys! Keep up the friendly attitude because that’s what is winning new customers and retain the old ones. :)
