I was honestly pretty nervous about the process of taking apart my front bumper and reassembling it to replace my headlights, but Jason made the entire project feel painless. He provided outstanding customer service, ensuring I had every tool I needed to get the job done right. He was incredibly kind, professional, and patient throughout the process. It is rare to find someone so willing to go above and beyond to help a customer feel confident with a DIY project. If you’re looking for a place that combines expert knowledge with genuine care, ask for Jason. I couldn't be happier with the results, my lights look fantastic! -Monet

I want to recognize Jason for the outstanding service he provided during my visit. When I walked into the store, I immediately noticed him helping another customer with a great sense of urgency and professionalism. Even while assisting someone else, he acknowledged me right away with a friendly smile and asked if I needed help. I was looking for a specific screw, and Jason went above and beyond to help me search for it. He took the time to really look and made every effort to see if we could find the exact one I needed. Unfortunately, the screw turned out to be one of a kind and I wasn’t able to locate it, even after checking other stores. Despite that, Jason’s dedication and willingness to help made the entire experience incredibly positive. I’ve honestly never walked out of a store so satisfied with the level of customer service I received. Jason truly represents what great service looks like. Thank you, Jason! George is amazing, kind, and takes his job seriously. He ran a diagnostic test on my car to figure out why my check engine light was on and now I know what needs to be fixed all thanks to him. Out of all the auto part shops in Sacramento I trust George at O’Reilly on Jefferson blvd.

Wish I got the name of the particular gentleman but he went above and beyond to help with my windshield wipers Sunday. I went in thinking I had a plan to grab everything and do it myself. After a lot of questions and having to herd my toddler away from the hot wheels he helped me check out and said he would install them for me. Very thankful he was kind enough to help. This store is always helpful, have been coming here for almost 7 years now. Whether its a part for husbands projects or my own needs they are my go to auto part store. Thank you again!!!

Above and beyond service. The very kind employees helped us replace our headlights when we were struggling, and let our toddler use the restroom. Would recommend this store to anyone who needs friendly help!
