Ok, so this is my favorite auto parts store. Only partially has to do with this location is within walking distance of my house. But most importantly the guys that work there are friendly super knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Wether its warranty issues, hard to find parts or helping with figuring out solutions to oddball problems they ALWAYS go above and beyond to help with solutions.

The auto parts store at the corner of Marconi and Eastern used to be my “go-to” place for parts and accessories back when I used to live a block over and I am happy to say that it has regained that status thanks to David, the manager, and his very knowledgeable associate who provided excellent service to me in selecting the right wiper blades for my wife and daughter’s older European cars. They have an excellent selection of wiper blades as well as various cell phone accessories to include cables, plugs, holders and more!

I would like to personally thank the wonderful guy at the counter Ian for helping me out today, I was looking to get a K&N filter for my car and he got it ordered for me with no issues and it got to the store not long after. Excellent customer service and great vibes inside the store!

I came here to buy a headlight bulb after noticing it was out. I didn't know what size I needed, so the cashier Jake kindly offered to look up the size for my car and gave me different options. I then mentioned that I was going to ask someone to change out the bulb for me since I didn't know how, and he offered to change it since the store wasn't too busy at the moment and another associate was there. I totally wasn't expecting that for no extra charge. I wish I had cash on me to give him a tip, but he said he was just happy to help. So the least I could do is leave a positive review for Jake. I highly recommend this store for friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Great staff. Friendly. Knowledgeable. They are doing much better than AutoZone. Brandon is awesome. They really help customers. My favorite local auto parts store and I have been to a bunch.
