I needed all new wipers. They were fantastic in helping me for both front & back windows & installed them. They were so nice. Thanks to the staff at that location. They all deserve a kindness and professional award. Well done! 👍👍👍

I haven’t been to an auto shop in decades and remember most of the staff were men back then, but this O’Reilly store had mostly women staff. It was definitely a nice surprise. ❤️ First time here and it can be overwhelming, especially when all I know is how to put gas in the car. But I was greeted with a warm welcome. They tested and checked out what I needed. They were knowledgeable and Daniel even installed the part I needed. Thank you!! 🙏🏽 Awesome and amazing customer service. I would definitely return many more times for the best customer service in Sacramento!! 🫶🏼

They had the last tin of a MINI COOPER S Special POWER STEERING Fluid.... Also showed me a selection of 🔐🔒🔐 locks (Needed a smaller one), and drop 💧 pans and oil 🛢️ resistant garage floor covering (Which were expensive and not in my budget 😁)... Good Experience overall!

Typically , I have had a good experience at O'Reilly's with their general staff. But this is not the first time with the assistant manager Amy, that I have left angry enough to waste more of my time writing a review .. her rude and condescending attitude and lack of empathy for the time and money I wasted buying one of their products needs to be mentioned. Not only would she not refund or even exchange the defective bottle of lacquer that I brought the day before. She had to unnecessarily add to my bad experience buy her attitude.. When I explained to her that immediately upon taking the cap off, the entire contents sprayed out like a fogger. All over me, my floor and my project . Her response was how she has 10 years of experience and I was lying therefore wouldn't help me at all. Apparently convinced there's nothing she hasn't experienced therefore my story must be a lie and I intentionally caused it to happen. She obviously has learned nothing in that 10 years about tact, communication and customer service. I will never go back there again!

Placed an order for (4) batteries for delivery. Driver arrived on time and completed the delivery efficiently. Staff at O'riely operate at a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
