Came in for a battery test because I felt like I needed a new one before a big trip. I was helped pretty quickly by Edward, one of the crew working at this location. He tested the battery and found that I needed a new one. He let me know the options they had, and was super helpful in getting me what I needed. He also installed my battery quickly, efficiently, but, above all, safely. Edward also answered any question I had and also taught me some things about the parts he was working with. When done, he stayed and tested the rest of the electrical system before i headed out. I appreciate his friendliness, knowledge, and customer service while helping me stay on the road!

This is probably now my go-to auto parts store. It's clean and well lit, and the employees are friendly, kind, and helpful. Even in a neighborhood that can be a bit rough, I felt safe going there as a woman alone at night. Several months ago I went there looking for a part and there was only one available at another location, and they went above and beyond to reserve it for me. And today I went in with a battery that had died on me twice in one day, and within 5-10 minutes the gentleman tested it, determined that it was bad, helped me buy a new one, loaded it into my car, and made sure my car started so that I could leave safely. The parts may not be as cheap as, say, AutoZone, but this is a quality shop with quality people that really take care of their customers, and I highly recommend going here if you are in the area.

These guys seriously rock. I bought a new pair of wipers and for some reason, even though the wiper model was right, they didn't fit my car when I tried to install it. Even though I couldn't find my receipt, they were able to not only look me up in the system, but they swapped me out for a better set and came out to the parking lot to install them. Totally impressed, I recommend this store to anyone.

Edward is the best O’Reilly associate I have ever came across. The customer service is always good, but Edward went above and beyond my expectations on this visit. You can tell Edward truly cares about his customers. As he assisted my son and I, he still took the time to acknowledge his customers going into the store, his customer is very refreshing. We left the store with so much knowledge, you can tell he truly enjoys what he does and he definitely knows what he’s talking about. I can’t thank him enough. Keep up the great work! The store overall has a welcoming atmosphere.

Hand down the best customer service ever received by Edward. Very knowledgeable and gave me tips to help install my coolant reservoir. Wish every auto parts store had an Edward!
