Came to get a battery as mine was dead. The voltage was to low to check the battery so they asked if Iwas sure that was the problem and not the alternator. I told them I've dealt with an alternator before and that was ot the issue. They seemed knowledgeable and friendly

Customer service was excellent! Sawyer told me all my options buying a new battery. He came out to my car and put the new battery in which was great! He was friendly, professional made everything easy. 5 stars

Simple, good, customer service. I was having weird problems with an Innova engine code reader: The code reader was causing engine codes to trigger on the dash. The guys behind the counter were patient, exchanged the unit, and ultimately returned it. In the end I bought a more expensive unit which didn't have the weird problem, but it didn't ring up with the sale price listed on the shelf. When I complained, we figured out the sale had expired, but they gave me the sale price anyway. Very nice.
