I was expecting a quick stop and left genuinely impressed by Shaun, the gentleman with the blondish beard👍🏼 he was patient explaining thoroughly with directions to a Spanish speaking customer before us how to proceed about his battery, that was really cool since he was only speaking English. He made great conversation with us, it was knowledgeable and helpful and somehow made me feel better that we weren’t just stopping in quickly for a filter and cataclean. 10/10, we always come here

Jesus here is the best he went above and beyond, not only helped me find what I needed, he even took the time and effort to do some wiring for me, I hope O’Reilly takes good care of him,thanks Jesus!!

We just bought a new battery it was dead from this location the manager wouldn't give us a new battery and he wouldnt honor the warranty the battery was 125 we tested it in front of him with our van and then he lied that our alternator was bad even though our car was running the whole time and the battery was for a different car entirely and our car is running perfect so he lied so he dint have to exchange the battery his name started with sh I couldn't see his whole name but guys dont go there for batteries this experience was really bad we even had a warranty and he said he refuses to exchange it

Adrian was incredibly polite and helpful. I had a check engine light on, and he not only retrieved the code but also printed the results for me. I’ve never had an auto store do that before, and I didn’t even realize they could. It was a small gesture, but it really meant a lot that he went the extra mile to assist me. Thank you, Adrian!
