I'm very grateful for our local O'Reilly store on Mack Rd. I came in with winsheild wipers purchased from a different O'Reilly store for my Audi and they were very complicated to install. We even tried exchange for higher price ones, but Alex end up coming out and being patient with me and the install. Long story short, the 3 guys (Ram, Ricky, and Alex) who took a dab with the install were very tentative, professional, patient, and paid attention to all the customers in that manner. You are not unseen or un-noticed. Thank you for your great customer service. My neighborhood store!!

I needed brake lights and for them to be changed. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Stockton blvd and Abe was too busy having a conversation and the lady there told me I would have to wait until 1:45 pm to have them put in. So I left my experience there would be a 0. But I called the one on Mack rd and a guy named Alex was so wonderful and efficient. He was nice, fast, and turned around my experience for the day. I have a 12 hour shift and this experience just turned my whole day into a positive one. I guess people don’t understand the impact they can have on someone’s day with how they treat people with customer service. Thanks again Alex it is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend the Mack rd store in Sacramento.

Horrible service, my husband went to return some car oil, and the 2 females working were laughing. then proceeded to ask “your returning all of them”. proceeded to laugh again. very unprofessional. First time dealing with this, usually great service but not today.
