Just had a problem with a return at Oreillys and was super frustrated on lost money. however Marvin I assume who is the manager did everything he could to help me and made sure the situation was resolved. 10/10 job in customer satisfaction . Please give him his props whoever the boss is 🙏🏾

Great experience with (Violeta) at the O’Rileys on Florin road . Every time I go into this store on different occasions. Violeta is super helpful and knowledgeable, from searching for parts, changing my windshield wipers , to changing my head light . I have to say, she goes above and beyond in Customer Service . Keep up the great work and Thank you for all your help Violeta !

I went to the Auto Zone next to this place and they didn’t want to help me replace my car battery, and my car wasn’t turning on. Marvin came over from O’Reilys to first jump my car and then replaced it for me. He went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. I’m very thankful for his help! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
