Solid store. Location is a little suspect but you can't control the environment sometimes. So you will see some questionable characters when you go there especially if you're working on something late at night because they are open until 11pm which is a huge plus even though its on the other side of town. But they have been coming through consistently now because Advance Auto is gone I have resorted to switching my loyalty over to them and have not been disappointed yet.

Rick is an asset to the company. The amount of knowledge that he shared with me as well as the patients and service he provides is above and beyond. My car functions because of that man, to put it plainly. If he isn’t the highest paid yet; he needs to be. I guarantee he has more knowledge and know how than any parts store employee for the 6 counties. PAY THAT MAN.

Can I give -5 stars? Horrible customer service! We needed to replace the coil pack on a small 4 cylinder engine bc we broke down with a bad misfire that was shaking the car. They had the coil pack and we wanted to ask if we could use 1 tool on their emegency tool cart that was being used right across from where we parked. The lady kept repeating that we have to wait until she'll be done. She refused to listen to my question. We needed to know whether we'll be able to use them after we stood in line for ca 30min (there were 5+ ppl agreed of us). She refused to give us a "yes" or "no" answer to my simple question: will we be able to use the tool after purchsing the coil pack.

Service is great.Just don't leave your cards unlocked in this neighborhood or you'll come out to the empty parking spot
