I would like to thank the man Contrell who help me fix my moms tires take the nails out and patch them he was very helpful and walk me through the whole process even did it for us wonderful gentleman location 5940 w blue mound road great helpful staff today is 6/3/26 time 8:12 pm @ oreilly auto parts the best service totally recommend them !!!

Staff is helpful but whoever runs this store should be fired. Inventory is never what it says. You’ll waste your time and gas coming here if you think they have a part in stock because their website says it’s in stock. Probably theft, but nobody seems to care enough to correct it. I’ll go to advance auto or Napa.

Tavion helped guide to right product and attach simple windshield wiper. Little things turn into big things. Knowledgeable, kind, smart and helpful. A great asset to the store. Thank you!

I went to a different location and purchased a bulb for my headlight, it was only one person in the store. I so I drove to this location to get the bulb installed and Ken took care of it for me. I felt that was very kind of him and will going forward make my purchases there. Thank you Ken!!

After being welcomed in by RJ, Rich, and Leo, I explained the mess I was in with multiple Edelbrock Fuel Pumps and Between the three of them I walked out knowing my problems were behind me. The next day I had questions as to the process I was going through and Misty not only completely understood but helped me realize Edelbrock is the issue since I've replaced the same part 5 times, a few didn't work right off the shelf. All of them were polite knowledgeable and communicated perfectly with each other so everyone understood the complexity of my situation 👍 here's to all of you and thanks ✌️cheers🍻
