We needed a new battery. The staff at O'Reilly was incredibly helpful in finding the right one for my car and my budget, and since my husband had just had surgery, they even installed it for us! Highly recommend this location.

Showed up with a busted wiper on a snowy evening g and they had me in and out with new blades in 5 minutes. Friendliest customer service. Special shout out to manager Steve who was great to work with.

Tuetonia has the best crew the best customer service by far then any other locations.. Jay didn’t hesitate to come out and help me at all… Dom is a GREAT DM.. He’s has great customer service with a very pleasant attitude and a great smile…. I would also like to say THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM STEVE SHYHEIM JAY JENNIFER AND RAY FOR ANY HELP…. I WONT NEVER GO TO 76TH N MILL RD NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! THANKS AGAIN JAY FOR YOUR HELP CHANGING MY LIGHT BULB AND TO THE REST OF THE TEAM!!!! Vary professional at the Teutonia location the whole team was vary helpful, however Steve went above and beyond, my vehicle headlights was out on the driver side I mind they are not easy to pop in ,Steve took the time figured it out and installed my headlight vary satisfied customer I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Steven got me in and out. Changed my dead battery offered me the best one and even recommended other products in the store I didn’t know I needed. Come to this location and ask for steve!
