The assistant manager followed an employee through the store yelling at him, about going outside to help a customer with an alternator test, telling the employee that they don't go outside after 5pm to assist customers with anything. The employee recommended that the customer go to another O'Reilly location where they would be willing to help! Very unfortunate to witness but the employee kept his demeanor and remained professional and found a solution for the customer.

THEY CLOSE AT 9PM AND THE WORKER CLOSE THE DOOR WHEN HE SAW ME GETTING OUT THE CAR AND IT WAS BARELY 8:48PM.

Excellent service and knowledge. This store is located in the Hispanic area. The Hispanic attendants were very knowledgeable, courteous, and service oriented! Kudos to them!

Brought in a car battery to charge, told I needed to be back by 9PM. Came back at 8:52PM and the doors were locked, she stared at me from across the store then refused to acknowledge me or open the door while I’m knocking on the window in the freezing cold, walked off to the back. Two employees stared at me from across the store and finally after 9PM one opened the door to give me back my battery. Prior to this I was told that I could not return an oil drain plug that I was told by them would fit my car (it didn’t) because there was oil on it and nobody would want it, until finally she called her manager.
