I visit the store on mother's Day I purchased two items antifreeze and windshield wipe fluids there no one asked me if I needed any assistance or if I needed assistance help I purchased my items and as I was walking out it was someone standing talking n worker barely moved out the way no one even offered to open the door for me I felt so unappreciated to be in there with all men with very little conversation or no happy mother's Day no may I help you or let me catch that door for you while they're talking and just walking in the way and didn't want to move out my way I felt very intimidated by their absent-mindedness of me walking in and purchasing something at the store. Being a gentleman is something that is it's a part of who you are as a person not just something that is conveniently shown through the store but they didn't even show me that at all for the store for the business I didn't feel appreciated as a customer at all I would not be returning. Specifically blk men do better.

I purchased some antifreeze and the supervisor (Myron) was very helpful. He told me which one to buy according to my vehicle type, and he even took the time to show me when and how to use it. It was bitter cold outside and he went out of his way to help a very satisfied customer. I'd recommend this particular O'Reillys and their outstanding customer satisfaction to anyone. Thanks for your service.

I always get Great service from Myron when I come here. He rung me up and also installed my new windshield wiper blades with no hesitation. Superior customer service is always provided by Myron.

They do have very good customer service and on top of that they are not rude let alone take their time trying to assist
