i called this location a guy picked up put me on hold. then it sounded like someone eles picked it up a girl spanish speaking loud saying hello hello like if it was someones house phone or it directed me to a diffrent personal line? i was confused next time im just going to the store Thanks just putting this out there incase its a mixed phone number or line ?

Everyone was super friendly here and welcomed me right away. I needed a wiper blade in this heavy snow and the nice man at the counter helped look up the right part for my vehicle right away and even installed it for me since I’ve never switched a wiper blade before. Good karma is coming his way.

Called the store to check on the status of an ordered part, was asked for the name it was under, once I gave them the name the lady who I was speaking to giggled, said hold on and then hung up the phone. Since I hadn't been helped over the phone, I decided to go in to the store. Went in, not once was greeted, I told one of the people behind the counter I was in to pick up a part, handed the receipt to them. This person proceeds to walk around with said receipt to "look" for my item, not once looking at it nor looking on the computer. Another person behind the counter took over, grabbed the receipt, checked on their system and found my item right away. However, the entire time I was in the store 2 employees behind the counter were bashing and laughing at me in spanish ( not knowing I speak fluent spanish myself ).

Called ahead to see if they had a battery, talked with Juan, he gave me the info on them I needed quickly and politely. I stopped in later in the afternoon. He then helped replace the old battery in my CRV. He was a giant help, and was a pleasure to be around. 5 stars! Juan gave me great customer service, and helped me out a ton when I needed it. Thank you!!
