Walked in with cabin filters , Mitchelle asked me what filters are they. I didnt know at the time because i dont know anything about cars .I just brought the example so she could help.All i got was a "huff" ,eye rolling, Aggressive. I shrugged it off and she proceeded to disrespect me after i told her i dont know anything and if she could help and she wasent no help. i told her how i felt about me not feeling welcome and i feel negative about this service.She shrugged her shoulders and said ok in a nasty tone. I took my items and went to someone else to help me . She was nasty and disrespectful.After i called her out on it she started being nice to the people coming in and welcoming them in. And she never did that to me . A nice puerto rican man helped me , So nice and sweet. Got me in and out and told me what i needed , after he saw the example i brought into the store.And helped me installed it .I wanted to tip him for his service but he didn't accept my money. Hes the best and i wish i got his name but he didnt have a name tag. He also saw how that nasty lady treated me. She was nasty and needs to be trained again of customer service.People like me dont know anything about cars and we come here for help. And i come here with my dad all the time .Hes a regular and all the males have the awesome customer service. But this chick needs to stay out the business if she cant be understanding and help . I didnt even get an apology. nasty behavior

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I had an excellent experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts and wanted to give a special shout out to Al for the outstanding customer service. Al was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I came in looking for replacement lights for my vehicle, and he helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated. What really stood out was that Al even volunteered to help install the lights for me. That level of customer care goes above and beyond and made the experience even better. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to make sure a customer leaves completely satisfied. Overall, this was easily a 10 out of 10 experience on the Osiris Hotness 🔥 Scale. Great service, great attitude, and a great experience all around. Thanks again, Al!

I stopped in today to have my battery serviced and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Michelle provided outstanding customer service—she was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely courteous. It’s not every day you come across service like this, and it really stood out. I truly appreciate the care and attention Michelle showed. Thank you for making an irritating situation into a positive experience!

I came here looking for a left brake light bulb to replace. Usually, at these places, most people will help you find the bulbs but not replace them. Becky stepped outside the norm and helped me replace the bulb; it took her 5 minutes. It would have taken me about an hour because I would have researched it and did not have the right tools. Do not get me wrong, I could have done it, but the convenience and her positive attitude made it easier for me not to do it alone. I highly recommend this place for all your car parts needs. Ask for Becky - she is 5 Stars and above.

Ada Blu was awesome. Ran into some issue and I said I wouldn’t get no other parts from here. But when I went into oreillys, Ada Blu not only fixed my issue but went above and beyond to make sure things were done entirely. I will be back
